The school prepares graduates for competitive employment or professional pursuits as professionals and leaders in local, national and international communities. To this end, the curriculum adapts quickly to constantly evolving information technology trends by blending theory with practice, and taught by dedicated student-centered faculty pursuing excellence in teaching, research and service.

The school wishes to become a renowned regional, national and international student-managed digital multimedia center for producing and disseminating news and public affairs content using high-tech information technology. Above all, the school intends to graduate students who will be uniquely competitive for leadership and/or managerial positions in communication and media positions in the international market.
